Sarah Jane O Dwyer started her career as a critical care nurse which provided her with the knowledge and expertise that has propelled her career over the last 25+ years. She has led high performance teams across multiple domains of healthcare including advisory roles in the international healthcare arena. Sarah Jane’s focus has been on steering transformative strategies for governments, public/ private healthcare providers, Tier 2 consultancies, and investment firms across Europe and the Middle East. 

As a C Suite executive, she has consistently played a pivotal role in shaping board-level decisions, redefining healthcare paradigms to ensure that the patient had a voice. 

Her consulting expertise lies in the Hospitals and Health Systems across UK, Spain, Portugal, Malta, Ireland, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE. She  also has expertise in delivering high quality continuing professional education activities for physicians, academics and learners in partnership with the Departments of Medical Education and the Department of Healthcare Professions.

Sarah Jane has advised governments, private providers, academic health institutions and insurance providers on population health management, governance, compliance, clinical Integration, regulation, medical Education (International Medical Boards), digital technology, operations & strategy, MedTech start-up ecosystem, quality, and risk management for clinical optimisation & compliance. 

In 2019, Sarah Jane was shortlisted for the prestigious IMAGE Businesswoman of the Year award, reaffirming her passion for excellence in the business realms. In 2020, Sarah had the honour of being a finalist in the Women in Business CEO of the Year category.

More recently Sarah Jane launched her own company “IntuVu Health” to support acute Patients to be cared for in the comfort of their own home 24/7/365.Through IntuVu Health’s Central Operation Centre the world class Clinicians provide hospital level care in the community across multiple therapeutic areas.
