Assisted the Group in identifying a suitable target business in UAE to acquire based on their given criteria. Assisted the client end to end, in preparation, sourcing, negotiations, due diligence and execution of the transaction.
  2. Assisted an investment firm headquartered in DIFC with a business valuation exercise to cover all their 9 portfolio companies spread across UAE, India and KSA. The portfolio companies were spread across the healthcare and education sectors.
  3. Undertook a business transformation exercise for a top retailer headquartered in Abu Dhabi. Assisted the client with improving their bottom line over a period of one year by conducting a business diagnostics and identifying gaps, focusing on agreed KPIs, reviewing and overseeing execution of certain business strategies. The client had 40+ supermarkets and hypermarkets spread across UAE.
  4. Financial Due Diligence of a chain of medical centers based in Ras Al Khaimah on behalf of a leading healthcare corporate in UAE
  5. Financial Due Diligence of a company that provides command and control (C2) systems to corporate and enterprise clients on behalf of one of the largest system integrators in Europe, based out of Germany.
  6. Market Scan and research in the food distribution and retail sectors in UAE, on behalf of a group of investors from KSA
  7. Financial Modeling and business plan for a client who was setting up a Direct to Home TV Project for the mass market in Democratic Republic of Congo in association with certain strategic partners.
