Professional Experience:
Over 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership and strategic consultancy in
the healthcare ecosystem and private public partnerships (PPP) in hospital systems, delivering strategic outcomes to top organizations in the Middle East/KSA and the USA.
As Commercial Director with GE healthcare International and GE capital, Mr. Omar Nafea oversaw healthcare ecosystems comprised of hospitals such as Cleveland clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Sulaiman Habib, and John Hopkins university with Saudi Aramco, multiple clients across the middle east and rural location in Iraq and Afghanistan.
In his role as a Hospital Executive with Hill-Rom over the years, Mr. Nafea has been responsible for delivering strategic initiatives and overall facility over sites for all hospital MEP services, as well as liaison with strategic members of the clinical staff including laboratory, healthcare information management services, dietary services and catering providers to staff and patients, and overall hospital supply chain operations.

As a subject
matter expert on John commission methodology for laboratory systems, strategic modality implementation including radiology, nuclear
medicine, and life critical systems, and diagnostic instrumentation as it pertains to oncology/pathology. Additionally, liaison as an
ambassador with ministry of health with emphasis on leadership, quality and risk management, strategic OSHA safety pertains to
healthcare environment, and overall JCI/ CAPS Administration. other engagements include comprehensive education, technical
specifications documentation, liaison with the Saudi government administration and GE healthcare commercial and JCI accreditation.
As Commercial Director with GE healthcare International and GE capital, Mr. Omar Nafea oversaw the endeavor for healthcare
ecosystems comprised of multiple hospitals (i.e., Cleveland clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Silliman hubby, and John Hopkins university with Saudi
Aramco in the east regions) multiple clients across the middle east and rural location in Iraq and Afghanistan. Projects include
standardization of electronic medical records, implementation of strategic key points and KPI’s, and execution of mobile technology/scan
or known as v-scan for women’s healthcare. Additionally, delivered on strategic laboratory design and installation on key technologies
with emphasis on the acquisition of a joint commission accreditation – JCI in the Middle East.
And his role as a Hospital Executive with Hill-Rom over the years, Mr. Omar Nafea has been responsible for delivering strategic initiatives
and overall facility over sites for all hospital MEP services, as well as liaison with strategic members of the clinical staff including

Nafea engaged with healthcare IT professional, physicians, and non-clinical team members with key C suite leadership to engage in joint
commission, JCI readiness, and the facilitation of key clinical application at the hospitals.
