Lynda Mikalauskas, “Miki”, brings vast experience of over 30 years of global experience as an executive healthcare administrator and consultant in international organizations, both private and public. Miki has provided leadership and clinical expertise in Nursing, Quality Improvement, Patient safety and Allied Health services on four continents, leading organizations to achieve their strategic objectives in high quality standards, risk mitigation. She has facilitated organization’s development of their cultures of safety through collaborative problem solving and identification of protocols to elevate performance, build morale increase motivation, productivity and organizational efficiency.

Ms. Mikalauskas has served as corporate Director for Licensing and Accreditation as well as for Patient Safety and Clinical Standards and had the opportunity to be Nurse Executive for several C-Suite teams over the course of her career. As part of the Joint Commission International team, Miki was a consultant for fourteen years and finally the Principal Consultant for the Middle East and Africa. 

Working with organizations such as Johns Hopkins Medicine International and Joint Commission International and private sector health care facilities, Miki played a role in establishing Case Management Programs, Post graduate education centers and a Bachelor’s program for Nursing and Midwifery, managing pharmacy services and HIM services. She is a great advocate in the pursuit of greater patient safety and a better patient experience.
