Professional Experience:

Mahmoud Mansi (8 times global TEDx Speaker) is currently leading the Marketing initiatives at the Arab Institute for Leadership Development at AASTMT University in addition to being a lecturer at the institute. He is also a Senior Principal Consultant at Sustain Leadership Consultancy working mainly with Ministries, Semi-Gov, NGOs and Corporate. He is the Founder & Chairperson of HR Revolution Middle East Magazine, and a Global Faculty Instructor at the Human Capital Institute in the US.

Mahmoud is was a judge at The Middle East & North Africa Stevie®️ Awards for years 2020 & 2021, and the GULF Sustainability Awards for the year 2021. Mahmoud is also an award-winning author of “Sustaining a 360 Agile Workplace” in addition to 8 other books published in entrepreneurship, literature, feminism, theatre, and humanitarian themes. Mahmoud travelled and spoke in conferences in Egypt, UAE, India, KSA, Italy, Sudan and UK about his ideas in Human Resources and community development. Mahmoud spoke in major HR conferences including SHRM TECH, ATD ME & HRSE. In 2012 he was awarded “The Culture Shift Award” from the British Council for his innovation in creating & managing cultural projects. In 2018 he was granted “Alleem’s 2018 Brand Ambassador Award” in Sharja’s Chamber of Commerce in UAE. He was featured in several business magazines for his new concepts and social development work. Mahmoud has a passion towards interviewing corporate leaders & entrepreneurs, and has published around 250 interviews.
