Yiming Yuan has had consulting experience working with various organizations, including Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, USA., Mass General Brigham in Boston, USA., and Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Spaulding Rehabilitation Network in Boston, USA, which gave him a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare system across the entire continuum of care. This broad perspective allows for a more integrated approach to patient management and care coordination. During his time in Los Angeles and Boston, Yiming Yuan developed and managed collaborations that large academic medical centers in the U.S. had with both public and private partners in Asia and supported the integrated organization’s global vision with a strong focus in Asia. Working closely with key internal and external stakeholders, he had built and maintained a strong relationship with greenfield and brownfield hospital clients, leading the advisory services in China and in other Asian countries.

Earlier in her career, Yiming had worked in a health think tank and an insurance company. He had conducted quantitative research for the central government, supported policy-making, and organized national forums on big data in healthcare. His expertise included policy study, health IT, and stakeholder communication, particularly in supporting process improvement using data tools.
