Sandeep is a biotechnologist and MBA in marketing from Australia, with nearly two decades of Techno-commercial experience. Sandeep has led multiple Advisory Consulting, Operational, Clinical & Transaction Strategy roles, as well as Sales & Business Development leadership roles. He has managed projects  across Europe, Middle East, Africa & APAC,  across Healthcare, Biopharmaceuticals & Life-sciences industry , he through his career has based across UK, India, Singapore, Australia and now the UAE.

Sandeep Sharma is the CEO & Founder of Vmarsh Healthcare which is Healthcare Strategy, Quality Improvement & Transaction Advisory Services firm with offices across Dubai, Chicago, Dublin, Kuala Lumpur, Cairo & Mumbai. He has led Multiple Advisory Consulting, Operational/Clinical/Transformational Strategy and Healthcare Leadership projects across 6 continents 

 

Sandeep is also the Chairmen of the European Fertility Society for Global Strategy committee, setting-up policies & strategies for IVF tourism focused between Europe & MENA regions. Sandeep is also the member of board of the standards advisory board at Global Healthcare Accreditation is involved in devising the right standards/policies/SoPs which hospitals should implement as a part of their Medical Tourism Strategy, Business Plan & Infrastructure from the perspective of operational excellence, patient safety & enhanced patient experience

  • The key focus areas of this review were: Infrastructure Management, Equipment Management, Manpower Management and Strategy business plan implementation effectiveness
  • Manpower Assessment (Clinical & Non-Clinical): The objective of this review is to assess the design and operating efficiency of the internal controls surrounding Manpower Optimization processes, ascertain if key risks are mitigated
  • The key focus areas in this review were: Department structure and manpower planning, Work volume, Resource cost allocation and analysis, Key performance indicators (KPIs) monitoring and reporting
