Ode Keil brings demonstrated executive leadership in international accreditation and certification programs, administration, health care quality, safety, and performance improvement. His global consulting practice includes analysis and improvement of hospital operations, evaluation and improvement of quality management and safety programs, accreditation preparation, including conducting mock accreditation surveys and working as a project consultant for planning, design and construction of new facilities.

Mr. Keil has more than 40 years of experience as a leader in healthcare administration, development and application of accreditation standards and survey processes, and working as a member of numerous international task forces to develop international standards for a variety of healthcare operations. He has a broad understanding of healthcare operations in large complex organizations

Mr. Keil served as the Director of Plant, Technology and Safety Management for The Joint Commission for 13 years. He has also served as Vice President of Facilities Operations and Construction for OSF Healthcare and in a variety of leadership roles for large freestanding hospitals. During his time with The Joint Commission, Mr. Keil developed standards and survey processes, trained surveyors, and conducted numerous accreditation surveys or US based and international hospitals.
