Nael M. Soudi lead all projects related to accreditations, continuous quality improvement and consulting,  ensuring the adoption, implementation, observance and continuous compliance with the international standards of excellence in the areas of Quality & Safety in various organizations, as part of as part his role as Chief Quality & Safety Officer and worked on successful expansion projects outside Jordan as Chief International Officer.

Nael M. Soudi successfully implemented various projects related to accreditation with a unique approach based on working closely with staff as an educator and mentor to create and sustain a Quality Culture.

During Nael’s career he worked in the US, teaching Cytology at Johns Hopkins Hospital and New York Medical College, managed the Anatomic Pathology Section at LabCorp and Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare, Saudi Arabia and King Hussien Cancer Center, Jordan.

Nael M. Soudi is a certified Healthcare Accreditation Council (HCAC) consultant and surveyor and also a CAP Inspector, he is a frequent speaker at regional and international conferences discussing topics in cytology, leadership, accreditation, healthcare quality and life coaching,.  He also served as a board member for ASCPi-Jordan Chapter, ICF (International Coaching Federation)-Jordan Chapter, Association of Jordanian Medical Laboratory Specialists, Al Malath Hospice Association and volunteered as a mentor with ASCP, Y2Pro (Youth to Professional), ENF (Elia Nuqul Foundation) and Ruwwad.
