Professional Experience:

Antonia Vitori is an experienced healthcare professional with over 8 years’ progressive responsibility in compliance, quality, safety, and clinical governance across acute, residential, and community care settings. 

She has successfully established and led compliance and quality departments, directed international accreditation processes and implemented multiple digital transformation projects, including EHR, TAS, and risk management systems. Her expertise spans regulatory compliance, risk management, policy development, and data-driven reporting using tools such as Power BI.

Most recently, as Compliance, Quality and Safety Manager at Cowper Care, she set up the organization’s Compliance, Quality & Safety Department from the ground up, led the  re-accreditation process, introduced digital systems across HR, Quality, and Risk, and acted as Data Protection Officer ensuring GDPR compliance.

At The Royal Hospital Donnybrook, she served as Risk, Health and Safety Manager where she strengthened governance frameworks, introduced electronic incident reporting and audit systems, and established the Serious Incident Management Group in line with HSE standards.

As Quality and Patient Safety Coordinator at Highfield Healthcare, she monitored compliance and risk systems, produced board-level reports through Power BI, supported inspection readiness and coordinated organization-wide action plans.

In 2025, Antonia successfully passed the American Accreditation Association examination and became an International Healthcare Surveyor, conducting compliance surveys and supporting healthcare organisations worldwide in governance, patient safety, and quality improvement.

With a foundation in nursing and frontline clinical exposure, Antonia combines practical healthcare knowledge with strategic leadership, change management, and stakeholder engagement at executive level. She is highly skilled at building governance frameworks, leading audit management, managing GDPR compliance, and delivering measurable improvements in patient safety, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.
