Andrea is a performance-driven professional with over 30 years of experience and a proven track record in all levels of the Middle Revenue Cycle. She has demonstrated success in executive management, operations, and business development roles. With expertise in developing, training, and managing diverse teams, Andrea has worked extensively in the U.S. Healthcare System and internationally in the UAE, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, and India. 

Her digital technology design and advanced analytics skills empower her to drive team performance and make informed, accurate decisions. Andrea also has extensive experience in International Health Information Management and has led transcription teams in Bangalore, India. Additionally, she has startup company experience and has served as an approved auditor in the UAE, gaining deep insights across North America, the Middle East, and the Indian subcontinent. As Vice President of Operations and Training, Andrea has traveled globally, managing both U.S.-based and international operations. In her current role, she oversees developing and implementing global training and quality policies to ensure consistent quality results for a wide range of healthcare providers, from large health systems to small clinics.
