Job description | Roles and Responsibilities: • Understand client’s requirement and find suitable supplier based on product • Costing and Negotiation with supplier / vendor • Creation of Contracts and Maintenance of database • Coordination and execution with production team for timely delivery • Understanding , Submission and follow up of product details/ Design/ Samples/ Strike off/ Trims Details and approved samples/ Approvals of PP samples with plant with the concerned person within time frame • Inspection to ensure quality of goods is okay • Coordinate with manufacturers and provide shipment details to the customer • Communicate with accounts team for payment details and closure of the orders • Maintaining all necessary documents for record purpose • New Product/ System/ Process or any new idea generation/ development |
